Our general conditions

• For every booking, we need photocopies of passports of all participants. This is to buy admission tickets, entrance to the Inca Trail, air tickets, train tickets and the hotel. Please scan your passport and send to your sales representative or to the following e-mail address "info@ecotoursbolivia.com". Note The passport must be submitted with your booking form. Sierra Tours is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the traveler does not submit his passport in time.
  Booking
• Kindly inform if you have any special requirements of the food. (Vegetarian, low salt, low fat, diabetic, allergies or other requests) Note: This must be done at time of booking.
• After a confirmed booking you will awarded a booking reference. Please always state this at all further contact with us.
• After a confirmed booking you will get your program and a invoice for this specific trip. Please check carefully that all the information matches what is agreed for your trip. Take extra care to check that your name is spelled correctly then that is how you are booked on any flights. Sierra Tours is not responsible for any extra costs that may arise due to misspelled names. If this not match with your travel program, you should immediately contact us.
• If any of the hotels in your program would not be available on your travel time, we provide you with a hotel in an equivalent or better standard.
• Local guided tours of programs with English / Spanish speaking guide.
• We recommend strong that you obtain a comprehensive travel insurance so that you have the full protection during your stay in South America.
• Approximately 30 days before your departure you will have all travel documents. Flight tickets, vouchers, etc. Please check carefully that all the information matches what is agreed for your trip. Contact us immediately if anything is unclear.
• If you choose to pay the full amount of the trip at once, we will send your travel documents within two weeks.
• If you booked the international flights yourselves please let us know your arrival and departure times.
• NOTE! Travelers who travel via the USA must complete an ESTA application. Please click the link below or contact us for more information.

• The price on the website and in catalogs is based on "Price per person in double room" (Twin).
• Single room supplement is specified in each program.
• Young people and students aged 12 to 21 years, earn 5% discount.
• Children between 7-12 years holds 30% discount (provided they sleep in their parents' room and are accompanied by at least 1 adult).
• 3 children - 6 years holds 50% of the discount (provided they sleep in their parents' room and are accompanied by at least 1 adult).
• Children 0-2 years old travel for free.
• Note! Other rules applicable discounts may apply at time of sale. When the deals and discounts usually are not combinable. Please contact us for more information.

• After a confirmed booking, you have full right of withdrawal in 7 days. Then we charge a booking fee of 2000 SEK / per person. This fee is not refundable in a case of cancellation of your trip.
• 60 days before your departure, you will be invoiced with 50% of the ticket value.
• 45 days before departure, you will invoiced with the remaining amount.
• For reservations made later than 60 days before departure must the booking fee and the installment be paid at once.
• For 'last minute bookings' made later than 45 days before departure, must the entire journey sum be paid at once.
• NOTE! If the airline requires earlier payment of airfares, we need to put a previous installment of these. This is applicable to any airlines internal rules and nothing we can influence.
• NOTE! If you bought an offer, note that does not apply to these payment rules which offers paid immediately after booking. Contact us for more information.

• The booking fee is non-refundable from 7 days after booking.
• Until 60 days before departure refunded everything except air ticket and booking fee.
• 59-30 days before departure will be refunded 40% of the total trip amount.
• 29-15 days before departure will be refunded 20% of the total trip amount.
• 14 days before your departure, it is usually no refund. However, if necessary. taxes may be refunded.
